X!TE Overview X!TE, pronounced "excite", is an enterprise software suite that provides end-to-end supply chain management for today's distributors. It supports internal operational efficiencies for all facets of the enterprise including order management, inventory management, purchasing, warehouse management and accounting. Built in a full Microsoft Windows desktop environment, X!TE enables users to take advantage of its simple, intuitive ease of use while also using surrounding network applications required in today's business environment. X!TE is a feature-rich application and has customer-specific options that allow our customers to quickly change the behavior of the applications. In traditional four-walls distribution, specific business problems have been solved and incorporated into the core product, allowing our customers to quickly turn features on and reduce operational costs throughout the organization. X!TE, using an n-tier architecture, supports robust integration with other business systems and databases. This architecture allows the back-end database to operate on an HP e3000, UNIX, AS/400, or any other platform that leverages a customer's existing investment in hardware.
